Comment on: Help With Rent And Security Deposit

I need help with the security deposit on my apartment I am paying for with a voucher through HUD section 8. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! It's $500. Also if anyone knows of a organization that helps with acquiring furniture and such for starting a new household it would also be appreciated.
